There have been numerous ways to protect workers from Covid-19 in this pandemic era. Working from home is inevitable, which is both opportunities and challenges for businesses. Some might hear, “It would be much easier if we could have the meeting in person” or some other related complaints. It is, and it should not be our concern in such a digital world, where virtual jobs are the evolution of the office, leading the works outside of the office building bricks, reaching potential markets as far as the internet is connected. Hence, here are crucial points that make a successful remote team, specifically in the IT outsourcing industry.

Communication is key. Thankfully, the tech industry is offering companies the whole all-in-one solutions to maximise any communication effectiveness, including Google Meets, Skypes, Telegram, WeChat, etc. Such various platforms provide the functionality of all communication tools we need in each secured application. Remarkably, a successful IT remote team should focus on video conferences to share ideas and technology for projects. Furthermore, as talking is more preferred than texting or any other chatting discussion methods, each worker needs to be mindful of the number of onsite versus remote attendees. But employers shouldn’t skip a wellness plan in the remote workspace; inclusion in company wellness programs, such as access to the gym, is just as important for those with a flexible work schedule.

That’s true. Working remote is the best way to avoid COVID spread. It’s now better in Vietnam but in other countries, the issue has not been controlled such as US, India, Bangladesh, etc.

The most obvious reason for why people want to work remotely is because it offers them a more flexible lifestyle. When they aren’t required to be in an office during a set time frame, remote employees can focus on the things that matter to them outside of the office. If a remote worker is also a parent, he or she has the ability to start work earlier in the day so that he or she can be present when the children get home from school, or take time off during the day for a doctor’s appointment. Another scenario could be a remote employee who wants to attain further education in their field.
